Backup & Recovery

Backups that actually restore.

Most companies discover their backup strategy doesn't work the day they need it. We design, deploy, and continuously test recovery measured in minutes, not hours.

BACKUP & RECOVERY
Backup & Recovery
What's included

Six core capabilities.

Every backup & recovery engagement comes with the following baseline. We tune the depth to your environment.

Image-based backups

Bare-metal restore, file-level restore, instant VM recovery. Full system recovery in minutes.

Off-site replication

Geo-redundant cloud copy. Air-gapped where ransomware risk is high.

Microsoft 365 backup

Mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Native M365 retention is not a backup.

Quarterly restore tests

We restore real data to real environments and document recovery time.

Recovery targets

Per-system recovery time goals, defined upfront, tracked and reported monthly.

Disaster recovery runbook

Step-by-step recovery plan tailored to your environment, updated continuously.

How we engage

Onboarding in four weeks.

Common questions

Backup & Recovery FAQ.

Aren't M365 mailboxes already backed up?

No. Microsoft replicates for availability, not recovery from deletion or attack. Third-party backup is required.

How long do you keep backups?

Standard retention is 90 days local + 1 year cloud. Compliance-driven retention can extend further.

Can you recover from ransomware?

Yes air-gapped backups + tested runbook. Average recovery for ransomware-hit clients: under 8 hours.
